Ancient farmhouse made up of four apartments situated in a beautiful, panoramic plateau that dominates the Arno Valley. The house is set inside a property of 3.5 ha, 1 of which is a very well-kept lawn that surrounds the house. Approx. 80 m below, in a panoramic terrace amidst the olive trees, is the swimming pool (10x5). Each apartment has a private, equipped outdoor area as well as the large shared lawn where there is also a large gazebo with table-tennis. Pretty, panoramic views. Particularly peaceful and relaxing position. It is possible to go for pleasant walks. The last 400 m of country road are in good condition. The owner lives in one of the apartments. Simple, but complete furnishing. Parking inside the property. Baby-bed availableCentral heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (80 m2) Gr. fl.: large living/dining room with access to the private equipped garden, kitchen corner, 2 double bedrooms one of which with access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). An additional 5th bed is available (included in the price) on request.
LOCATION: 40 km south-east of Florence and 40 km north-west of the beautiful city of Arezzo, all the city of gold. Only 30 km away is the prestigious Chianti area with its charming medieval towns and its famous farms. 3 km from the towns of Castelfranco di Sopra and Pian di Scò (all kinds of shops). 60 km Florence airport (Peretola).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
