Fridge with small freezer, kitchen to gas methane with 4 cookers, oven and kitchen with firewood, 3 mokas (different sizes), washing machine and pottery; the water of the house is drinkable and of optimal quality. There is a fireplace in the dining room and also in the living room.

There is a one high-sided cot (small bed for babies). There are fans, an iron and iron-board for your use. Heating is independent (gas methane), with thermostats in each room. In the garden there is a private swimming pool and one pergola. There are tables outside if you would like to eat outdoors.
Activity in the vicinities: handling horses, bowling, mountain bike, trekking, swimming pool, tennis, peach, etc..
Mobile reception: there is a good mobile reception all over the house, village and surroundings.
• Distance to Airport of Firenze Peretola "Amerigo Vespucci" is 40 km. Train station of Figline Valdarno is 8 km.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the nearest shopping and dining is less than 10 minutes. Florence, Arezzo and Siena are 35 Km. Castelfranco di Sopra (typical restaurants, wine pub, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, petrol stations, buses station, tourist office) is 2 Km. Outlet shopping is 10 Km (Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Dolce e Gabbana, Ferragamo, Armani, Zegna, YSL, Loro Piana, Ungaro, and Todds).
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
