If you’re looking for a fantastic property, right in the heart of the Sicily, with Arts, history, entertainment and so much more at your fingertips this is the perfect base for your stay. Located in the upper part of the country, only ten minutes walk from the city center the apartment per day on all four sides, so it is very bright and airy. Silvy Holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people, with a single bedroom, three large double bedrooms, two of which, if needed, can be equipped with extra beds. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fan and have view to the sea or the mountains, depending on their position. The living area consists of: large kitchen equipped with every comfort (basic ingredients such as olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, are available) with direct access to a wide veranda where, if you want, you may to dine outdoors with dining table which seats six people; a room dining - living room with dining area and a corner sofa to relax. The apartment is served by two independent bathrooms shower and is equipped a laundry room with washing machine. Fresh cotton sheets, hair dryer, fluffy towels, iron, ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage, included in the price, will ensure a comfortable stay. Adjoining the house is a private and enclosed car park. Parking is included for more of 3 car. The house is well furnished and equipped with all comforts: There is a large flat screen television, air conditioning, internet WIFI, oven to allow you to spend a vacation serenely in a sea resort and is ideal for a party of friends or families with children. Near the house is located (within 100 m) 2 large supermarkets (also open on Sundays), a tobacconist, pharmacy, takeaway food bar, pizza restaurants, bank, post office, gas station. Besides enjoying the beautiful sea of Castellammare with sandy beaches and - or gravel, a few kilometers, you can easily reach and visit, thanks to the excellent roads, places of historical - cultural as Segesta, one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in Sicily for its extraordinary natural frame, Selinunte, Erice, Motia or even the beautiful city Palermo and areas nature as Scopello (Zingaro Nature Reserve) or spa (Segestane spa) equipped with sulphurous water pools and spa care. Maria and Giuseppe, the hosts, will welcome you with pleasure in this apartment and they will be at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
