Lovely and attractive holiday home at about 3 km from Castellammare del Golfo

Scopello and Guidaloca beach are at about 3 km. The villa is on the ground floor and the access is through the veranda. The living room is furnished with wood furniture and various decorative objects representing the Sicilian style. The kitchen area is build in typical local majolica ceramics. From the living room there is a corridor leading to the night zone with three bedrooms. The adjacent bath has a shower and a washing machine. The villa has two verandas, in front and back, for relaxation or dining outside and also a well maintained garden flourished with different Mediterranean plants.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
