A beautiful Villa in the countryside
The property lies in the interesting and immensely calming countryside a little inland from Scopello, but still within easy reach of the coast. Its main features are characterized by authentic style and elegance of the Sicilian home. The warmth could be felt in every detail of the furniture. It's built so that guests staying there will have almost complete privacy on their two terraces, and the pool and large areas of the garden are for their sole use. The interior has been carefully designed by the owner with a view to pleasing guests

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation anytime all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due on arrival.

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is due on arrival.
