A 10% discount on the nightly rates is given during low season if the number of people does not exceed two. You must have a car to reach the area of Castellammare from Palermo airport. Owner will meet you a few km. from the house in the Scopello area.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50 euros.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
