Small and characteristic hamlet that has been restored and transformed in cosy holiday apartments in a commercial farm in the green hills of the Chianti Classico. The farm produces wine and olive oil. Beautiful and extensive view of the countryside and the valley. Shared: equipped green outdoor areas, swimming pool (6x12) ,barbecue and laundry room (coin-operated washing machine). Each apartment is equipped with a TV. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 1.5 km from Castellina in Chianti (all kinds of shops), 11 km Radda in Chianti, 17 km Siena, 30 km San Gimignano, 38 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Independent rustic 100 m from the swimming pool. (80 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Private outdoor area with pergola.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Arrivals must take place between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.LOCATION: 1.5 km from Castellina in Chianti (all kinds of shops), 11 km Radda in Chianti, 17 km Siena, 30 km San Gimignano, 38 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
