Three separate farmhouses on the Lillliano estate, near Castellina in Chianti. Peaceful and panoramic position over the vineyards and the gently rolling hills of the Chianti (350 m a.s.l.). The guests staying in LILLIANO B9 and LILLIANO C8 have at their disposal a swimming pool (6x16) (open from 9 a.m to 8 p.m.) and which is near to LILLIANO B9 and about 300 m from LILLIANO C8, whereas the guests of LILLIANO S10 have their own private swimming pool (5x10). In an annexe next to the swimming pool of LILLIANO B9 and LILLIANO C8 are the changing rooms, bathrooms and a shared laundry room (2 washing machines, 2 dryers - Euro 8 per load). Simple style but complete furniture with some period pieces. Access along 300 m of dirt track road to get to LILLIANO C8 and 500 m to get to LILLIANO S10. A baby bed is available at each house. It is possible to purchase the estate produce. Midweekly linen change possible on request and to be paid for on the spot, possibility of guided tasting tours of the medieval cellar with wine and olive oil produced on the estate. The guests can participate in a typical buffet dinner to taste the farm products that is organized every week (payment on location). Internet at the reception (1km). Parking. DISTANCES: 5 km Castellina in Chianti (food shops, tennis), 15 km Poggibonsi (various shops), 20 km Siena and San Gimignano, 50 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (150 m2) 1st fl.: living room with fireplace (TV), kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, small electric oven), 2 double bedrooms one of which has a bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the gr. fl. there are some rooms which currently cannot be used. Equipped annexe with barbecue and dining area.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
