This home was totally restored in 1995, with great care and attention so as to maintain all of its charm. The furnishings are in typical Tuscan style and the original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings have all been retained. The ground floor consists of a large cozy living room divided into 2 areas by an open brick arch. One area offers comfortable sofas and the other smaller area has a lovely fireplace. Also on the ground floor - a spacious, beautiful dining room with open hearth fireplace, a very well equipped country style kitchen, two twin bedded rooms, a complete bathroom with shower stall and a wardrobe with washing machine. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have glass doors that make them very luminous and they all open onto very well furnished paved terraces or well kept garden spaces. On the first floor you will find two spacious double bedrooms, both with private en suite bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower attachment and the second with a shower stall.
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
