Sant'Antimo was built in the early 16th century as an ancient oratory. In 1876 it underwent its first transformation into a farmhouse and only today, thanks to a skilful restoration project that brought the structure back to its original beauty, a country residence has been created. The house is part of the historic Lilliano Estate, near Castellina in Chianti, situated on a knoll from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Sienese Chianti countryside that reaches as far as the towers of Monteriggioni. At the guests' disposal are garden and equipped outdoor areas, equipped loggia, irregular-shaped swimming pool (7x14), toilette/changing room. Access along 200 m of dirt track road. Parking. Outbuilding: living room with dining area and kitchen area, going down a few stairs you enter 1 double bedroom with wood-burning stove, wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning on the first floor. Laundry room (washing machine). Included in the rental price: 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday. On request and to be paid locally: domestic help (extra hours), cook, midweekly linen change, guided tasting tours in the medieval cellar of wine and olive oil produced on the estate. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
