Farmhouse (200 m2) situated in a small country hamlet. The farmhouse is part of a farm where you can also find the villa which is inhabited by the owner. The house enjoys an excellent level of privacy, in fact, it has its own entrance and private and equipped outdoor areas. The swimming pool (17x6) (15/6-30/9), for the exclusive use of the guests , is situated just outside of the house's garden and to reach it you must cross a small private country road. Barbecue. Parking. DISTANCES: Excellent location both for the landscape which surrounds the house and for its short distance from Florence and Siena, about 35 km away. San Donato 6 km (food shops), Castellina in Chianti 12 km (all kinds of shops).
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: entrance, lounge with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, TV) with fireplace, 1 large double bedroom with bathroom with bath and wardrobe, 2 double bedrooms,1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower, lumber room. Comfortable furniture a part of which with period pieces. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
