Originally belonging to the noble families of Florence, the mill remained up a running until 1950 and now it has been transformed into a cosy country residence divided into 7 apartments. Beautiful view of the countryside and of the surrounding woods. Shared: large well-kept outdoor areas and characteristic equipped swimming pool (13.5x4). Each apartment has a private equipped outdoor area. Covered parking. Typical furniture that is in perfect harmony with the environment.
ACCOMMODATION: (75 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher, microwave) and direct access to the garden, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the outside, 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine) . 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with direct access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower. Central heating.
LOCATION: 8 km from Castellina Scalo (food shops), 10 km Castellina in Chianti, 25 km Siena, 27 km S. Gimignano, 29 km Greve in Chianti, 61 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
