Grounds (2,600 m2) a part of which is for the exclusive use of the guests with lawn (1,000 m2) and farmyard (80 m2) facing the house. Shared with two apartments of the nearby farmhouse and 50 m away: swimming pool (5x15) (1/6-30/9). Access to the house along 4 km of dirt track road. It is possible to hire bikes. Parking. DISTANCES: 6 km S. Gusmè, 10 km Castelnuovo Beradenga, 35 km Siena, 59 km Arezzo, 72 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Mezzanine gr. fl. (access from the farmyard): living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven, freezer), small WC (sink, washing machine). Gr. fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 small bedroon with bunk beds and an additional 3rd pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available (Euro 20/week/each)..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
