The villa enjoys a unique location. It offers stupendous view over the hills and valleys of Chianti region.
The inside of the villa is built on 3 stories and is composed of an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen - living/dining room with monumental fireplace, satellite TV, stereo with CD player and bar, living room, 5 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms - 6 bathrooms.
All the rooms are very luminous. The living/dining room has a wonderful natural illumination and a panoramic view thanks to glasses windows and doors and has also access to a furnished panoramic terrace.
The villa can be rent either to 14 people or 10 people. In the last case the door of the first floor is kept closed.
At your disposal is a large garden furnished with a private 5 X 13.5 meter swimming pool (open from01/06 to 30/09), tables and chairs, a stone barbecue, and a covered parking area.
There are panoramic terraces and various areas in the shade of old pine trees for sitting and relaxing

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
