Peaceful and sunny farmhouse (200 m2) set among the hills in a dominating position with views of Volterra in the distance (34 km away) as well as the towns of Terricciola and Morrona. The house is surrounded by spacious grounds (approx. 10 ha.) with olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees, a part of which is reserved for the house, with swimming pool (12x6), from where you can enjoy beautiful broad views of the surrounding countryside. Parking. DISTANCES: 3 km Casciana Terme (all kinds of shops, spa facilities and health centre), 34 km Castiglioncello (sea), 37 km Pisa, 47 km San Gimignano, 74 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with two outdoor accesses, kitchen/dining room (dishwasher) with old fireplace and access to the outside (tables for outdoor dining), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Behind the house on the Gr. fl. is an equipped covered terrace. Outdoor laundry room with washing machine. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. On request, 2 foldout beds are available free of charge. Barbecue, wood-burning oven. Football pitch, boules pitch and swing. Typical products. Access to the house along 400 m of dirt track road. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
