The kitchen is equipped for a comfortable stay.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1).

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
