For 2007 high seasons are April 8-21 and June 16 to Sept 1 so the Saturday to Saturday 7 night minimum applies.
On a case by case basis, we do sometimes accept reservations for 7 nights not Sat to Sat or even for shorter stays .

360 views. You can see both Lake Trasimeno and Lake Chiusi, mountains, the sunrise, the sunset, rolling hills of Umbria and Tuscany, Mount Amiata, and the Medieval hilltop towns of Castiglione del lago, Cortona, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme, Paciano, Panicale, Citta della Pieve.
French doors lead to the front private patio and a second pair of French doors lead from the main bedroom to the back garden where there is a gazebo with a dining area and bar-b-q for the use of all guests.
There is a Washer and Dryer in the utility room for the use of all guests.
We can arrange for our cook to prepare meals on request, subject to availability.
• Rome Airport is within a 120 minute(s) drive. From Chiusi-Chiancaino Terme station (12km) you can reach Florence or Rome in about one hour to visit the world famous museums, galleries and architectural heritage and then return to the tranquillity of the gentle Umbrian countryside.
Airports: Rome (180km), Florence (130km), Pisa (210km), Perugia (40km).

• Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) drive. Beach surface is coarse sand. There are 360 degrees views to the horizon, including both Lake Trasimeno to the north and Lake Chiuso to the south. The beach is at Lago Trasimeno 10km away which can be seen from Podere Fontegallo. It is the fourth largest lake in Italy with 10 public beaches, all subject to continuous water quality controls according to E.E.C. norms,

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

All prices are in Euros, but deposits can be made in Euros or US$ or Pds Sterling at the then prevailing exchange rate.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
