Beautiful and tastefully restored typical farmhouse, on a pretty hill overlooking the Chiana valley. Extensive view of the Chiana valley and glimpses over an ancient part of the town of Castiglion Fiorentino. Peaceful position. Shared: three small, terraced-style, equipped lawns, a small wood at the back and an area near the entrance. In a panoramic position, on one of the lawns, swimming pool (10x5) shared with a third apartment. One open parking space and two covered. There is a third apartment on the property. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 4 km Castiglion Fiorentino (various shops). 15 km Arezzo and Cortona, 30 km Lake Trasimeno (Tuoro with beach where you can hire deckchairs etc).
ACCOMMODATION: (90 m2) Gr. fl.: (slighty off-level inside): spacious living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, double divan bed and access to an equipped outside area, kitchen (dishwasher), 1 double bedroom with access to outside, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
