2 Single/Twin Beds. These two beds are 2ft 6ins wide. This attic room is sparsely furnished and has two high skylights. Although it is quite private guests should be aware that there is no door.

The cottage faces west and looks onto South Street in part of the town that is a conservation area. To the back of the cottage is a small paved garden.
This is a tiny 18th Century cottage dating from about 1780. It has many original features such as flagstone floors and leaded windows.
There is a real fireplace in the living room and also full central heating - it is warm all the year round.
This cottage is about a mile away from two other holiday cottages (sleeping 5 and 7 respectively - numbers 18168 and 18175 on this site) There is a pretty walk between them, or it is about 5 minutes by car.
- There is a main line station just outside the town with fast trains (under 2 hours) to London (Paddington).
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is an 18 hole public golf course about 15 minutes drive from the cottage
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This cottage is located in a small, pretty old market town where there are several pubs with food, and Chinese, Indian, Thai and English restaurants. It is a five minute stroll from the cottage to the town centre.
- No oceans or lakes here but plenty of very pretty countryside and there are lots of National Trust houses and gardens to visit in the vicinity. There is history all around you. King Arthur's Camelot is nearby (an early hill fort) and not far away is where King Alfred defeated the Danes. It is about an hour's drive to the sea - at Weymouth on the South Coast or Weston-super-Mare to the north.
