If boat watching is not your thing, then perhaps the show put on by the hummingbirds constantly flying around the lush gardens will excite you. If relaxation is what you crave, just lie back in the hammock and watch the world go by.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
