The Warm Welcome of an Independant Apartment just in the Centre of Catania
Catania (Sicily - Italy) It's a unique city because we have the biggest European Volcano, still alive, at our feet -"Etnea" and the beautiful Ionian sea that inspired "Odissey". Maybe the only place where you can go swimming in the morning and skydiving in the afternoon.
In the City Centre where you do not need a car to get around, I want to introduce you my personal little pearl: A beautiful little ground floor apartment at the City Centre of Catania. The apartment is located in a quiet street in a residence with trees and flowers there are 4 mini apartments in a perfect "Melrose Place" style. In 30 square metres, we have a room divided in two areas by three bookshelves.
In one area there is a big sofa (it's even a king size bed), a desk, and a 37" LCD TV. In the other area a king size bed with other furniture for your clothers. Another room is a complete kitchen with a table, and then a little bathroom with the shower.
The apartment is very small, but cozy, perfect for a couple or a couple with a child. The apartment has
four windows one of these on the Street of Via Ficarazzi while the other overlooks the garden. Animals are welcome.
You can find all you need in a range of 100/200 metres. Just a few steps to the supermarket, greengrocer, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, tobacconist, pharmacy, bowling, bar, restaurant, stadium, Hospital, Zoological Museum, Botanical Museum, ... I'm very tired and I can't list everything, but you are at the Centre of town so you can walk anywhere.
The apartment is 20 metres from the bus that can take you everywhere. If you check the address with software like "Google maps", or other you will see you are near "Villa Bellini" (the city park where you can rest after a day of strolling), the "Via Etnea" (most important street that cuts Catania in two, an absolute "must see"), the "Anfiteatum", The "Duomo", and other sites.
