Enjoying stunning, panoramic views from its hillside location, over the valley of the River Durance out to the Alpilles mountains, with the Luberon to the rear of the property, this modern detached villa with private swimming pool is set amongst lavender beds and olive trees in the lawned garden. Situated in a quiet, but not isolated position on the edge of the village of Puget-sur-Durance, the house stands in large, grassy and woodland grounds which are ideal for children to explore or relax beneath the shady pine and oak trees. The pool and garden can be illuminated at night to enjoy a leisurely midnight swim. The well known Luberon villages of Ménerbes, Bonnieux and Roussillon can be easily reached through the Provençal landscapes. A little further afield are the beaches at Cassis and La Ciotat. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
