1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single/Twin Cot (sleeps 1). Single cot can be placed in the livingroom to sleep 1. Cost is $8 per day

New Heated Swimming Pool on site. Laundry room for guests to use with coin operated washer/dryer. Cottage has its own deck with propane bbq and patio chairs. Cottage is brand new Spring of 2002. Cavendish is 38 km NW of Charlottetown (about a 30 minute drive), approximately in the middle of the province's north shore. No trip to Prince Edward Island would be complete without a visit to the Anne of Green Gables and Lucy Maud Montgomery attractions. In Cavendish, you'll find the farmhouse originally owned by relatives of author Lucy Maud Montgomery that helped inspire "Anne of Green Gables" and other Anne-centric attractions. Virtually next door is Prince Edward Island National Park, which features prime beaches and pink-sand dunes.

- 1.5 Miles from the Beach Beach is 1.5 minute drive from cottages. Sandy beaches and sand dunes, great for watching sunsets.
1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.

Deposit required is as follows:
1 night for 1 - 3 night stays
2 nights for 4 - 5 night stays
3 nights for 6 - 9 night stays
40% for 10 nights or more

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
- Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
