New Heated Swimming Pool on site. Laundry room on site for guests to use. Cottage is brand new Spring of 2001. Cavendish is 38 km NW of Charlottetown (about a 30 minute drive), approximately in the middle of the province's north shore. No trip to Prince Edward Island would be complete without a visit to the Anne of Green Gables and Lucy Maud Montgomery attractions. In Cavendish, you'll find the farmhouse originally owned by relatives of author Lucy Maud Montgomery that helped inspire "Anne of Green Gables" and other Anne-centric attractions. Virtually next door is Prince Edward Island National Park, which features prime beaches and pink-sand dunes.

- Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach is 1.5 miles away, about a 2 minute drive. Beach is just a 1.5-2 minute drive from the cottage.
1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Deposit required is as follows:
1 night for 1 - 3 night stays,
2 nights for 4 - 5 night stays,
3 nights for 6 - 9 night stays,
40% for 10 nights or more.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10 per day.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Pool heat is included in rates.
