New (2007) heated swimming pool on site. Laundry room for guests to use with a coin operated washer/dryer. Cottage has its own deck with propane BBQ and patio chairs. Cottage is brand new for the 2005 season. Cavendish is 38 km NW of Charlottetown (about a 30 minute drive), approximately in the middle of the province's north shore. No trip to Prince Edward Island would be complete without a visit to the Anne of Green Gables and Lucy Maud Montgomery attractions. In Cavendish, you'll find the farmhouse originally owned by relatives of author Lucy Maud Montgomery that helped inspire "Anne of Green Gables" and other Anne-centric attractions. Virtually next door is Prince Edward Island National Park, which features prime beaches and pink sand dunes.

• Beach is 1.5 minute drive from cottage. Sandy beaches and sand dunes make a great location for watching sunsets.
1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $12.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
