    1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. The sofabed is located upstairs in open loft next to master bedroom.

    1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. This room is situated at the garden level. This room has TV, VCR and another single couch.

    2 Single/Twin Cots. These cots can be situated in any room or in warmer weather, outside on the wrap around screened deck.

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    The front of the house is the west view overlooking the Similkameen river and mountains. The front of the house has a screened wrap around deck where these views can be enjoyed. The north view of the house is a valley view and the winding river, this view can also be seen from the screened wrap around deck. The south view is sloping orchard and mountains overlooking the outdoor hot tub and landscaped rockwork. The east view is the back of the house overlooking sagebrush filled hillside as the house is situated at the base of a mountain.

    The nearest vineyard/winery, is Crows Nest Vineyards in Cawston. The second closest is Blue Mountain Winery, in Okanagan Falls, with dozens more throughout the Okanagan Valley.

    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The drive to Apex Ski Resort is approximately 1 hour and the drive to Mt. Baldy ski Resort is just an hour and 10 min.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Shopping and dining is 15km north in Keremeos or 20km east in Osoyoos.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. The guesthouse is on a hillside directly overlooking a road and the river. River edge access with sandy beaches across the river. There is a gentle current in swimming season with clean refreshing water. There is also a beach 3km north and 20km east on Lake Osoyoos.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
