    Ceiling fans in all rooms. Patio doors open from the living room to a private, pool-side patio Coin-operated washers and dryers available to guests. Double-sized Murphy bed in the lving room.

    The condo is close to the Captain's Table Restaurant located on the adjacent property - Brac Caribbean Beach Village.
    Distances
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is right next door to one of the island's finest restaurants/bars located on the adjacent property. A liquor store, car rental agencies and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The closest grocery store is approximately a 30-minute walk, but the grocery stores offer complimentary shuttle service for customers. Reef Divers operates a dive boat right from the property's dock. The complex is within a 5-minute drive from the airport.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The complex is located right on a sheltered white-sand beach on Cayman Brac's south side at the west end of the island. Snorkelling and diving are available either on-site or at the adjacent property. Deck chairs available for the beach and/or pool.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
