There are 18 units total in this complex. BBQ by the pool and courtyard for complex use. Rinse tanks for divers/snorkelers, scuba tank holders, and outside shower to rinse off. The living room is approx. 13x18 - enough room for sleeper couch, chair, entertainment center, small dinette set with two chairs, coffee table and end table with lamp/magazine rack. Comes with three ceiling fans. Central Air condition.

• We are approx. 10 miles from the airport, a 15 min. car ride. Car rental is recommended. go to: www.bandsmv.com to reserve your car today!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). This complex is located on the South Side, secluded east end of Cayman Brac, only 12 minutes from the airport by car. 12 minutes by car to the nearest stores and restaurants. Rental car is recommended to get around and explore the rest of the island. This island is only 12 miles long and one mile wide, making it easy and fast to get around by car.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. This complex is only 75 feet from the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Just steps away down the pathway you are at the waters edge. Public beach is only a 5 minutes away. At this complex, there is a favorable shoreline for dive and snorkel entry - need shore booties. A dive flag sits on the shoreline to mark the spot to enter in and come back to.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Rent can also be paid by traveller's cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
