A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 20 minute walk from the property. Ideally nestled in the Cayman Islands, on a private pristine white sand beach, inside a serene cove with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Payments
Booking Cancellation:
You will receive a 25% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Add 4.5% if paying by credit card. A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required within seven (7) business days to confirm the reservation. Final payment is due sixty (60) days (ninety (90) days for Winter reservations) prior to departure date. Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure date are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are non-refundable. High Season/Peak Season cancellations are generally non-refundable but can be transferred to future stays, availability permitting.
