Characteristic stone-built house (130 m2) spread out on three levels and situated on the outskirts of the Medieval hamlet of Guardistallo (food shops and supermarket). The house is typical of the village style but from the garden you can enjoy a broad panorama of the valleys below with views that reach as far as the sea. A pleasant garden that is equipped with barbecue and a large dining table under the shade of a gazebo is at the guests disposal. Parking along the street. DISTANCES: The seaside resort of Cecina (various shops) and its surrounding beaches are approx. 10 km away, 30 km Castiglioncello, 50 km Pisa.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: kitchen/dining room (freezer), living room (satellite TV) with fireplace. 1st fl. (garden level and it is from here that you enter the house): small living room with single divan bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 2nd fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
