Apartments created from the renovation of an ancient farm in the Tuscan countryside in the immediate hinterland of the Tyrrhenian coast. The farm, which has a total of 20 apartments, has been transformed into an accommodation structure thanks to the attentive and functional restoration work which it has undergone and offers the guests the opportunity to enjoy a holiday by the sea with the pleasant tranquillity of being immersed in the green countryside near a Mediterranean pine tree grove. The structure's strategic position allows you to easily reach the beaches as well as the main tourist spots on the Etruscan coast. Views of the countryside. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
