Extensive and inspiring views over the sea. Peaceful position. Shared: enclosed and extensive outdoor area with barbecue and table tennis. Possibility of going for walks in the grounds (abt. 10.000 m2) and in the communal woods next to it. It is possible to book both the homes using the name QUERCUS 3. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km food shops, 9 km Cefalù (various shops), the most important and famous sea-side resort in western Sicily. 3 km to the sea (sand and cliffs) at S. Ambrogio. 2 km a very beautiful horse-riding school.
ACCOMMODATION: (One-room apt. 50 m2) Attic fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer, microwave), fireplace, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access onto an equipped sun terrace (abt. 20 m2) (table and deck-chairs) with extensive and beautiful view of the sea, 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. (50 m2) 1st.fl.: kitchen (oven, freezer, microwave)/dining-room (satellite TV) leading onto a terrace with view over the hills, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, both with access onto covered terrace (18 m2) with extensive and beautiful view of the sea, communicating with two other equipped terraces (table and deck-chairs) with barbecue (40 m2 each) situated to the sides of the house, 1 bathroom with bath. Simple furniture. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
