Beautiful modern villa (100 m2) characterised by two large terraces that face the sea and a bay with a small and particularly beautiful rocky peninsula. Beautiful view. A road passes below the property along the sea. As well as two terraces, there is a garden with Mediterranean plant and covered parking for two cars. DISTANCES: The sea is approx. 200 m away as the crow flies but can be reached on foot or by car by taking a stretch of road (1.5 km). 1.5 km from the characteristic tourist resort (swimming pool, bar, restaurant, suntrap terrace, booking centre for sport activities and excursions). The nearest equipped (where you can hire sun umbrellas, deckchairs, etc.) sandy beach is in Cefalù (all kinds of shops, restaurants, seaside promenade), which is 3 km away, and is one of most well known bathing areas of Sicily. 50 km from Palermo.
ACCOMMODATION: The villa is spread out on different levels.
Lower floor: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace and two large glass panes that face the sea and communicates with a large terrace (100 m2) facing the sea that is equipped with a large table and collapsible outdoor kitchen (oven, freezer), 1 twin bedded room, 1 bedroom with a small double bed (1.20 m), 1 bathroom with shower.
Upper floor (accessed also from outside): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, equipped terrace (approx. 80 m2) over the sea that is partly shaded and partly under the sun. The villa is not advised for families with small children. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
