This pleasant villa is located at about 3km from Cefalù and the beaches. It has a covered outdoor terrace with ample space to relax or to have nice dinners on. The villa has a view of the hills and the seaside. The two nicely tiled terraces are equipped for outdoor dining (barbecue and wood burning oven). There is a car park. Villa is divided in 2 floors. Ground floor: living room with TV and a fireplace and a dining space, kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. First floor: 2 double bedrooms both with access to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.

    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
