The house is located inside a little courtyard. The view is on little 'lived' streets of the old town.
The house is fresh also in summer time. There are fans.
• Nearest airport is at 105 km. (PMO Palermo - Falcone borsellino). Nearest train station is a 10 minute walk (it is in the town).
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A recently opened golf course is 5 km from the house.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are all kinds of shops and many restaurants in the near main street of the town, less than 10 minutes away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Typical house in the historic center of Cefalù. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
