1 Queen Bed. This bedroom features beautiful white french doors that open onto your own private deck over looking gorgeous Shuswap Lake. It is very spacious and has a queen size bed, large closet, ceiling fan and satallite TV.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. The living room features your own gas fireplace, satallite TV and a deluxe queen custom built sofa bed with a 8 inch mattress. Here you have your own private deck overlooking beautiful Shuswap Lake.

Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

This luxury townhouse is located on the sunny north shores of Shuswap Lake. It lies on the edge of crystal clear Shuswap Lake with 400 feet of pebble beach surrounded by mountains and water. On a hot summer day you can watch the boats and all the activity on the lake.(Don't forget your fishing gear). In the evening you can take pictures of the sunset behind Copper Island in the distance.

It has satallite TV, gas fireplace and a gourmet kitchen that will make you feel right at home !!! There is only room for 1 boat or personal watercraft on dock or bouy

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The townhouse is a five minute walk to a local resturant, grocery store and liquor store. Scotch Creek is a ten minute drive. Here you will find a large grocery store, gas station, doctors, pharmacy and various shops, services and a wide variety of activities for the whole family. There is also a beautiful Provincial Park with great beaches for the whole family.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. This luxury townhouse is lakefront on the crystal clear waters edge of Shuswap Lake.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellations must be in writing. If there is a cancellation within 60 days of arrival there will be a refund providing the dates reserved are re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
