Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellations must be in writing. If there is a cancellation within 60 days of arrival there will be a refund providing the dates reserved are re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
