50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
On bookings longer than 1 month, 1 months rent is to be paid on booking, and then the following rent should be paid at the beginning of each month during your stay.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
