This gorgeous 2 bedroom and den, 3 bathroom luxury condo sits on the edge of Lake Okanagan, below the hills of Quails Gate and Mission Hill Wineries. A spectacular setting for family holidays, wine tours, relaxing on the sandy beach, laying by the pool, or having drinks at the pool bar with new and old friends.
Views of Lake Okanagan are spectacular from our vantage point as we are perfectly positioned in the complex to be overlooking the lake, and hills beyond, as well as the pool and hot tub area. We have direct lake views from living room, master, dining room and from our huge deck.

    Master Bedroom
    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). You will love the master bedroom with 500 threadcount linens, European down duvet, plush towels, huge bed and drop dead views of Lake Okanagan. Alarm clock, ipod dock, and am/fm radio. Ensuite has gorgeous wood cabinets, granite, large tub and even a view of the lake.
    Bedroom
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Views from this bedroom overlook the rolling hills of the wineries, the canal, and french doors open onto a lovely wrought iron standing deck. 500 threadcount linens, gorgeous bedding over European down duvet, large ensuite with plush towels, lovely wood cabinets, and good sized shower.
    Den
    1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). The den has a double chocolate brown leather pullout with super comfy mattress, 500 threadcount linens, European duvet with gorgeous bedspread, fun art, and a big screen plasma TV. Sleeps 2 very comfortably.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
    Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

    Views of the lake from the condo are second to none. Positioned perfectly in the complex we have views of Lake Okanagan, the boat moorage, and we also overlook the pool/hot tub area, as well as the pool bar.

    Barona Beach Resort is a brand new (2007) upscale lakeside development in the Westbank area of Kelowna. Its proximity to Quails Gate and Mission Hill wineries add to the ambiance of the development. You can also just sit by the pool overlooking Lake Okanagan and sip drinks from our pool side bar.

    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Approximately a 70 to 90 minute drive to Big White Ski Resort, 90 minutes to Silver Star Ski Resort and a 20 minute drive to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Or just drive up the hill to Quails Gate Winery or Mission Hill Winery where they each have their own really special restaurant.
    • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and boat lift. The dock is private. There is room for 25 boats. Barona Beach is surrounded by a beautiful sandy beach, 100 meters away, in full view. Boat moorage can be arranged (when available) at an extra charge. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
    We require 25% to book unit with balance due 45 days prior. In the event of cancellation up to 45 days prior, a full refund will be given, less $25.00 admin fee. If cancelling after 45 days prior, we will try to re rent for same period and refund fully if we can do so.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 200.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
