Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Deposit required to hold and becomes damage deposit, full payment is required 7 days before arrival.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
