This New condo is located on the golf course in Westbank, just 10 minutes to Kelowna. Westbank is the fastest growing city in the Okanagan. Almost all the major stores are new and more bigger stores such as Wal-Mart, Superstore Foods are being built.
We are located just off the main highway and only two minutes to Lake Okanagan. There are many wineries nearby such as Mission Hill Winery, Canada's largest winery. Many of B.C.'s and Canada's Top Golf courses are also close by.

    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
