Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Owner has an office/living area downstairs. The house has private entrance and the owner is very quiet and unobtrusive. The backyard and pool are pretty much yours to use uninterrupted though the pool is unavailable after 10pm. In other words we're easy to get along with.

Guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family.

View

Panoramic views from Master bedroom, living room and all decks. Incredible views of Okanagan Lake, Mountains, overlooking a private backyard and swimming pool. At night there are no street lights so the view of the stars is incredible , yes on rare occaions we do get the Northern Lights.

More Information

Washer dryer is downstairs and can be made available. Two huge decks as well as two smaller decks upstairs with table and padded chairs, heated pool, no life guard, not responsible for guests swimming.

Owners are members of the Westbank Yacht Club where a boat launch is available and moorage maybe negotiated for a small fee.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $100.00 may be provided.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
