    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautiful bedroom with queen size dark wood urbane style bed, brand new seally posturepedic mattress and box spring with feather bed. TV with satellite control in bedroom, CD player and alarm clock.

    1 Double Bed. Large double antique mahogany bed with feather mattress and down duvet comforter. Peaceful and elegant bedroom!

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    Although we do not have a panoramic lake view we do have a peekaboo view and are situated higher up on the lot that we have a peaceful and beautiful view!

    The unit is fenced with a beautiful stamped concrete patio, with a bbq, patio table and chairs and outside speakers and the home has air conditioning.

    • Kelowna Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Shuttle or pick-up arrangements can be made, please talk to your host prior to arrival.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. There are many beautiful and well known golf courses located within a short driving distance, the closest being about a 10 minute drive.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Big White is located about a one hour drive from the suite. The closest ski resort would be Crystal Mountain which is located on the Westside of Kelowna.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). We are situated in the Upper Mission and are a quick walk to the cafe and fitness facility in Kettle Valley as well as a 5 minute drive to the charming restaurants and shopping in the Mission. Restaurants include: Summerhill Winery, Laughing Moon and the Minstrel cafe. The post office, hair salon and Sunshine Market grocery store are all in the same location!
    • Lake is located within a 15 minute(s) drive. The walk from our home to Okanagan Lake is about 15 minutes and we do have a small lake view from the lower and upper patios.
    • Nearby Attractions: Summerhill Winery, St.Hubertus, Fresh Fruit orchards, restaurants are all a few short minutes away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
