This lovely condo is available for rent daily (minimum of 2 days), weekly, monthly, annually. It is situated along the lake and has a fabulous lake view. Some amenities that Discovery Bay Resort has to offer includes, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. **Note: currently the pools, hot tubs, fitness center is closed due to renovations. Gas to the fireplace and barbecue is currently disconnected. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people. The condo has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large loft that has 2 queen size beds.

    ***Note: the pools/hot tub/fitness area are currently closed for renovations. Also, the gas to the barbecue/fireplace is disconnected as well. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool located on the complex property. The loft wall extends across the loft area - approx. 80% of it. Then there is a locked gate that covers the remaining 20% of the loft area

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
