• Kelowna International Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Airport Shuttle (250-765-0182) costs approximately $15.00 one-way. Kelowna Taxi (250-762-2222) costs approximately $30.00 one-way.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The Queensway Bus Station, which provides service to Kelowna and the Westside, is a 5 minute walk.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). Big White, Silver Star and Crystal Mountain require a one-hour drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A five-minute walk reveals a variety of appetizing menus at restaurants ranging from fast-food to leisurely dining. For leisurely dining, in the summer, a reservation is recommended.
• Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A beautiful fine sand beach fronts the lake in the City Park area. There is no lifeguard. There's a large variety of water sport rentals along the water front.
• Nearby Attractions: On your ten-minute walk to the lake, you will pass two Starbucks, two bakeries and a few ice cream shops. As you approach the lake the statue of The Sails rises to greet you and introduce you to the beautiful Okanagan Lake and the City Park. As you stroll the lakefront, take the time to soak up the sun on the long sandy beach, listen to the kids laugh as they play in the playground/water playground or lounge in the cool shade of the huge tree and watch the sailboats glide across the water. A visit to the Kelowna Museum will provide a historical background to the early days of Kelowna. Thrill your visual senses at the Kelowna Art Gallery or enjoy drama at the Kelowna Community Theatre. Kasuagai Gardens or the Bird Sanctuary provide a serene setting after a busy day. Or perhaps try your luck at the casino! Round out your evening, with a leisurely walk along the lakefront enjoying balmy evenings, Festival in-the Park presentation with live entertainment ,food and many vendors selling arts and crafts.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If the suite is available on the calendar, and less than 30 days exists before the guests arrival date,the transfer of the security deposit and rent can be negotiated with the vacation home owner.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
