Two large bedrooms include queen size beds and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. Ideal accommodation for families. DVD, stereo, children's books, games and toys. Fully updated and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Large fenced back yard with deck and BBQ. Pets welcome in off season. Full size washer/dryer All you need to bring is your suitcase. We take care of the rest.

Airport
A one hour drive to the Comox International Airport and a three hour drive from Victoria International Airport. The train station is a 10 minute drive. Ferries travel from Vancouver to Nanaimo every hour in summer.
Transit
The E&N railway runs daily between Victoria at the south end of Vancouver Island and the Comox valley. One hour north of Parksville. With daily stops at the Parksville station. Call Via rail 1-888-842-7245 or visit www.viarail.ca The city bus to Nanaimo is a 5 minute walk from the cottage.
Shopping and Dining
Centrally located within a 10 minute walk of some of the best restaurants in the area for family or fine dining. Sports pub and ice cream cafe are only a two minute walk away.

Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a ocean. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 5 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. Within a five minute walk of the beautiful white sand beach of Parksville Bay. Swim or beachcomb in the warmest water North of California.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel anytime payments (less 35) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We preauthorize a security deposit of $500.00 on a major credit card. The authorization expires after check out. The registered guest is responsible for any damage caused while they are renting the cottage. Cleaning fees are $125.00 per stay. Cleaning fees are waived for guests staying 3 or more nights. Please notify us immediately if you notice anything that causes you concern.

There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Cleaning on Departure:
One-time fee of 125.00 (CAD) for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning fee waived for stays of 3 or more nights.
Daily Maid Service:
Included in the rent. Maid service occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Pets:
Pets are allowed.

A guest must request this optional service.

Fee: 125
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
