    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    If you cancel with 14 days or less notice you will only receive your 50% deposit back only if cottage is rented less $50. handling charge.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
