    The magnificant view of the Beaufort Range of mountains is in the foreground together with the clear and calm waters of Sproat Lake at your doorstep. Two martin mars water bombers are viewed from the dock or through the large picture windows of the home.The morning sun shines on the deck and is out of the sun just in time for supper.
    More Information
    This timber frame home is right on the lake and located in a small sheltered bay. The location is one of the best on Sproat Lake and has all the dock facilities to make it a boaters paradise. Boat gas is located immediately across from the home at Lakeshore Service which also has groceries and a small coffee bar. Also, in the area, is a beer and wine store at the West Bay Hotel a short 1km away. This beautiful non smoking home has a large floating dock and room for up to 2 boats on the dock system. The home has larger cedar decks on the front of the home with sitting areas above and at water's edge. Ample parking is available and is within close proximity to the Sproat Lake Provincial Park. A large canoe is available for Guest use.(must bring your own floatation devices). Both bathrooms have heated tile floors and wood floors and tile are prevalent in the upper areas of the home.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. There are two golf courses in Port Alberni and the home is only 40 minutes from the Island Highway junction at Qualicum where you can go in either direction to many ocean resorts and golf courses
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Port Alberni is only 10-15 minutes away and should you wish to take Highway 4 to Tofino, it is 1 1/4 hours away via a scenic drive to the West Coast.
    • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 2 boats. The front of this beautiful home is Sproat Lake.. You simply walk out of the home onto a dock system that extends out into the lake for 100ft. Travel via Hwy 4 is only 15 minutes from Port Alberni (13 km). Sproat Lake is at your doorstop. The views from the large cedar deck are of the lake and you can see the famous Martin Mars Water Bombers from this vantage point. The warm waters are excellent for all water sports.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10.00 per day will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
