Your views overlook the landscaping of the property. It is a new garden so the shrubs are just about to take off. The landscapers have chosen a great variety of blooming trees and shrubbery. All your views are very private.

This unit has two patios. The private patio off the livingroom is furnished with elegant patio furnishings. Beautifully landscaped. Morning and afternoon sun makes for a great place to enjoy a nice cup of tea or your cool afternoon refreshment.

Distance to Nanaimo Airport is 40 mins. Victoria Airport is 2 hours. Qualicum Beach Communal Airport (flights regularly to Vancouver) is just 6 mins away. The train station is 10 minutes away. Pick up arrangements at Qualicum Airport, Nanaimo Airport and Parksville Train Station can be made with the owners to best accommodate you.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Enjoy 5 year round golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Your drive to access any one of these courses is just moments. Enjoy the game as you're golfing in winter months surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in the world.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Drive along the most beautiful coastal drive and then head up into the hills. In just a little over an hour, you have arrived at Vancouver Island's destination ski resort - Mt. Washington. Feel challenged with the steep black advanced runs, cruise the long blue intermediate runs, or if you want to give this great sport a try, sign up for a beginner's lesson at the school on the hill.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You are surrounded by some of the region's finest restaurants. The Wembley shopping mall is a ten minute walk away including a large chain grocery store.
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. You are 5 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Parksville Beach where the tide can stretch out for a whole kilometre. Great for walking, beachcombing and watching for wildlife.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Should damages or losses occur beyond the security deposit value, caused by the tenant or caused during his/her occupancy, shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
