Beautiful villa in a panoramic position on a pretty hill in the Chianti only 18 km south of Florence. Peaceful position. Broad, beautiful view of the hills. The house is surrounded by a large, well kept and equipped garden that is fenced in, with barbecue and various terraces (one of which with gazebo and table-tennis), irregular-shaped swimming pool (10x5) in a sunny position and with beautiful view.
Parking. Swimming pool . DISTANCES: 2.4 km Cerbaia (all kinds of shops, bus for Florence), 12 Km San Casciano and Montespertoli (all kinds of shops), 27 km Certaldo, 40 km S. Gimignano. An hour's drive from Florence, Siena and the Chianti Classico area.
ACCOMMODATION: (130 m2) Upper gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace (satellite TV, safe), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) open to the living/dining room and access to a long balcony and a covered equipped terrace, 1 double bedroom with an additional 3rd bed, 1 twin bedded room with access onto a terrace, 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine).
1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms both with bathroom with bath and air conditioning. On the ground floor locked rooms that are reserved for the owner (not used while guests are on holiday). Telephone. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
